Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Organize documents, set up contracts, and maintain efficient workflows.
Marketing Assistance: Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and assist in other marketing initiatives.
Customer Relations: Engage with customers via Intercom, providing timely and professional responses.
Influencer Outreach: Communicate with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven experience in administration, marketing, and customer relations.
Familiarity with Notion, Intercom, and Mailchimp.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Content creation (e.g., social media posts, blogs, or videos).
Experience in team or project management.
