The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in launching new product lines in 2025 and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support the launch of new product lines.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and negotiate terms with prospective retail partners (traditional and online).
  • Monitor store performance and recommend strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using sales data to drive decisions.
  • Passionate about delivering results and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
