The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in launching new product lines in 2025 and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support the launch of new product lines.
- Identify opportunities for new business and negotiate terms with prospective retail partners (traditional and online).
- Monitor store performance and recommend strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the leadership team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using sales data to drive decisions.
