PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Role Overview: Provide technical support for End-Of-Line Assembly, improve manufacturing techniques, and introduce new processes and equipment. Collaborate with various engineering and support groups to ensure efficient processing.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of fundamental concepts in a specific technical field. Focus on learning established procedures without providing technical consulting.

Problem Solving: Develop solutions to clearly defined problems using existing methods. Participate in team problem-solving within a limited specialty.

Decision Making: Make decisions or recommendations for specific tasks, referring major issues to higher-level staff.

Planning: Plan technical activities and resources for assigned tasks.

Supervision: Work under guidance from supervisors or senior staff, following established procedures with limited autonomy.

Requirements:

Must be either graduate in the field of BS in Mechanical or Electronics & Communications Engineering.

At least 1 or 2yrs experience in Molding and/or Trim/Form process (preferred).

Knowledgeable in mold tooling, molding materials & molding machine critical requirements.

Knowledgeable in metal cutting & bending/forming critical requirements.

Willing to be assigned in any shift (Day/Swing/GY/Normal)

Willing to work with other manufacturing personnel from mach operators, maintenance technicians and peer engineers. (No behavioral problem in coordinating with co-workers)
