Job Highlights
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 9 PM
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cubao, Quezon City)
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, bill payments, contract renewals, vendor relations, maintenance, security, logistics, permits, procurement, and inventory.
- Ensure the efficiency of third-party vendors (e.g., cleaning, security).
- Plan and prepare for office contingencies.
- Submit regular reports to the General Manager.
Finance:
- Manage office accounts and budget in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Perform bookkeeping, expense reporting, and reconciliations.
People Management:
- Oversee shift scheduling, working hour reports, and manage team leave requests.
- Support recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR providers and foster staff welfare by organizing team events and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Skilled in accounting, bookkeeping, and expense management.
- 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Proficient in project management and reporting.
- Responsible, independent, and highly organized.
- Strong integrity and service-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to work daily in Cubao, Quezon City.
