Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 9 PM
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (Cubao, Quezon City)

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, bill payments, contract renewals, vendor relations, maintenance, security, logistics, permits, procurement, and inventory.
  • Ensure the efficiency of third-party vendors (e.g., cleaning, security).
  • Plan and prepare for office contingencies.
  • Submit regular reports to the General Manager.

Finance:

  • Manage office accounts and budget in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Perform bookkeeping, expense reporting, and reconciliations.

People Management:

  • Oversee shift scheduling, working hour reports, and manage team leave requests.
  • Support recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with HR providers and foster staff welfare by organizing team events and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in accounting, bookkeeping, and expense management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Proficient in project management and reporting.
  • Responsible, independent, and highly organized.
  • Strong integrity and service-oriented attitude.
  • Must be able to work daily in Cubao, Quezon City.
