We are looking for Business Credit Specialists & Client Success Managers who have:
Proven expertise in business credit building processes.
A firm understanding of customer service excellence, with experience handling phone communications.
The ability to produce and deliver digital materials to clients efficiently.
Creativity and innovation to solve problems and execute tasks beyond expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Handle phone calls, email s, and chats with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide clear instructions, support, and guidance to clients, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Business Credit Implementation:
Assist in setting up LLCs, DBAs, and EINs, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
Register clients’ businesses with D&B, 411 directories, and Google My Business.
Apply for Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendor accounts on behalf of clients or guide them through the process.
Content Creation and Digital Delivery:
Produce and send digital guides and materials to clients.
Use AI tools to create polished, professional documents and materials.
Testimonial Management:
Reach out to clients for testimonials, ensuring their satisfaction is captured.
Upload testimonials to the company’s website and manage updates.
Problem Solving and Execution:
Think creatively to improve processes and solve client challenges.
Identify gaps and proactively suggest solutions to enhance client success.
Ongoing Support and Reporting:
Monitor client progress and provide detailed monthly reports.
Track credit-building progress using tools like NAV and communicate updates effectively.
