About the role:

OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist – we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager, who will be working closely with the Group Account Director and existing team to generate engaging and customer focussed social content.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Align social media activities with wider marketing goals and company objectives.
  • Content Planning and Coordination:
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of content post across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and 小红书 (is a plus)
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure content is consistent with brand voice and strategy.
  • Ensure optimal posting times based on audience insights and platform analytics.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor, engage, and grow the company's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Foster positive customer interactions and nurture relationships with followers.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics and generate insights to inform and adjust strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Brand Monitoring:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and current events to inform proactive strategy adjustments.
  • Monitor brand reputation across all platforms and manage any arising issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with Client marketing teams to align social media efforts with product launches, campaigns, or promotions.
    • Manage relationships with influencers and third-party partners when applicable.
    • Crisis Management:
      • Work with the Client to develop protocols to handle and mitigate potential social media crises or negative publicity.
      • Use discretion and strategic thinking to address sensitive situations promptly.
