Overall Purpose of the Job

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. This role involves collaborating with the office staff and on-site medics to ensure that the company’s culture aligns with its values and mission, enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content and Communications
  • Develop external content and branding materials
  • Develop the communications strategy.
  • Manage the communications mailbox including effectively sharing newsletter and company updates to the employees.
  • Manage the social media accounts and build campaigns to help attract talents.
  • Manage internal announcements, and collaterals for internal events.
  • Responsible for the employer branding, living our values, and role modelling.
  • Develop the EVP materials for the organization.

2. Induction

  • Handle the new hire orientation program for the corporate employees.
  • Support the Site Liaison Officers in managing the medical induction.

3. Engagement
  • Responsible for developing and analyzing engagement surveys.
  • Develop and implement the calendar of activities to promote a positive culture.
  • Collaborate with the other HR pillars to integrate cultural values into hiring, onboarding, and employee development processes.
  • Monitor and address issues or trends impacting company culture.
  • Manage feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and culture fit.
  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and propose improvements.
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for employee needs and concerns.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
