Shift: 10:00PM - 07:00AM, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

The Inventory Analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate and timely inventory records, preparing standard reports, and providing actionable insights for inventory optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Job Description:

  • Accurately enter and update inventory records in the ERP system (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies, ensuring stock levels align with operational needs.
  • Manage inventory replenishment and adjust stock levels as required to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
  • Prepare and distribute standard inventory reports, including stock levels, usage trends, and discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on inventory trends, cost analysis, and usage patterns.
  • Utilize Excel to create data visualizations, pivot tables, and detailed reports to communicate findings effectively to management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, team members, and suppliers to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure alignment with operational and financial goals.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet business objectives, especially in cases of inventory shortages or excess stock.
  • Provide support to operational teams with inventory-related questions and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to optimize inventory processes and enhance the accuracy of the system.
  • Continuously identify and recommend improvements to inventory management practices and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in inventory management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Must have a stable employment history
