Job Description:

• Lead and direct all business development and Sales fulfillment efforts for the assigned region. Ensuring Target achievement and Team performs @ par or better than KPI given assessment measures.

• Monitor, Analyze and Strategize accordingly based on regions Market Trends and Behavior including communication of competitor activities in the area.

• Line Management responsibilities such as coaching, directing and monitoring day to day activities over Business Development Managers and Officers if any.

• Further Strengthen relationship with any external stakeholders and clients and coordination with Internal Customers

• Accountable for all assets and ensure contract management.

• A/R Management and collections monitoring.

Job Qualifications:

• With at least 5 yrs. Sales Experience preferably gained from FMCG and On Premise Channel.

• More than 2 Yrs. Line Manager or 3 yrs. Minimum supervisory role.

• Degree Holder from Reputable universities.

• Excellent People Management Skills and Coaching Ability.

• Passionate, Assertive and with a Positive Can do Attitude.

• Proven Track record of Sales and Role related Achievement.

• Mobile.

• Expertise in On Premise and Territorial knowledge highly preferred.

• Good working Etiquette.
