The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of agency management and governance, quality recruitment and leader development in assigned sector to drive Activation & productivity in support of overall Next Gen Agency strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development

• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews

• Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion

• Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the Agency compensation scheme and career path

• Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like

• Conduct orientations and coach agency on utilizing the Advisor and Leader training roadmap to influence agency leaders on developing advisors to become MDRTs and develop new agency leaders.

• Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the Agency

• Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
