We are seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to promote and sell our hair and skincare products to healthcare professionals in the Philippines.
Based in Metro Manila, the ideal candidates will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion: Promote and sell our hair and skincare products to doctors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure continuous support for the products.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities for new business development.
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies and product positioning.
• Product Training & Education: Provide detailed product information and training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and proper usage of the supplements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related Science field.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales required selling dermatological products for skin care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Assigned territories in Central GMA, North GMA and South GMA.
• Valid driver’s license.
