Position Overview:
We are seeking a Software Developer with 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively contribute to various stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, code implementation, testing, and support, all while leveraging .NET Core. You will play a key role in developing innovative software solutions that empower clients on their hybrid-cloud and AI transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage expertise in translating IT requirements into the design, development, and integration of components to build custom information systems.
Deliverables include functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and comprehensive documentation.
Utilize the latest Microsoft .NET Framework and programming languages such as C# and VB.NET, following established application development processes, methodologies, and tools.
Demonstrate proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) frameworks, using Microsoft DevOps tools, within an Agile delivery environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
Proven experience in web application maintenance and support.
Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Willingness to work on a client-based schedule (day, mid, or night shifts) and flexibility to report to IBM sites in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub).
Soft Skills:
Excellent presentation and listening skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
