Title: Human Resource cum Academic Coordinator
Requirements :
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources management and education administration, preferably in an educational institution (at least 3 years)
• Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and best practices related to HR and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as strong team-player, positive, self-driven, organized and meticulous.
• Able to work efficiently while multitasking and cope well under pressure.
Human Resources Management:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippines labour laws and regulations.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, as well as support performance improvement initiatives.
• Payroll administration and processing
• Conducting and management of Employees’ Training Matters
• Arranging of employees’ travel in and out of Philippines
• Oversee day to day operations at the office
Education Administration:
• Oversee the scheduling of classes and coordination of events of the University at the office.
• Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and records management.
• Coordinate student support services, such as counselling, career guidance, and extracurricular activities.
• Facilitate communication between faculty, staff, students, and parents to address concerns and foster a positive learning environment.
• Perform simple administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, coordination, completing Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) for the education business and office
Office location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary: up to 35,000 - subject for increase upon regularization
Work setup: Onsite; Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM)
