We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Guest Communication Specialist with a passion for customer service to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage guest interactions across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from the first inquiry to post-stay follow-ups. Your goal will be to exceed guest expectations through strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
- Assist with booking requests, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide guests with pre-arrival information and local recommendations.
- Address on-stay needs and requests efficiently and effectively.
- Collect post-stay feedback and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our properties and amenities.
- Mediate guest complaints to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:
- Must be an Airbnb Case Specialist Level 2 or above.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Beds24, Click-up, Airbnb, Booking.com , Expedia, and RingCentral is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- Reliable backup power supply and stable internet connection.
