  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Production Engineer

Requirements:

  • Registered License Engineer
  • At least two (2) years experience in Process/ Production operation in a cement/ manufacturing industry
  • Willing to work in Porac Pampanga and Bataan

Responsibilities:

  • This position operates all plant equipment from Jetty to pack house at optimum capacity to attain target production volume that conforms to the required product quality standard and at the least energy consumption to achieve minimum production cost.
  • Controlling the production units also entails due regard to equipment condition by operating within specified process parameters and equipment standards to prevent breakdowns and production losses.
  • Performed startup and shutdown activities in accordance to correct and established procedure
  • Monitored line operation parameters and made necessary adjustments in coordination with other departments for any deviations from target (volume, quality and emissions) and operational limits.

Product Technicians, Electrical Technicians and Mechanical Technicians

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any Engineering Technology or 2 years Vocational courses (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Industrial)
  • One (1) yr experience in equipment maintenance and repair in a manufacturing company
  • This is open to fresh graduates with extensive on the job training
  • Willing to work in Bataan and/or Porac Pampanga

Responsibilities:

Perform walk by inspection and check sheets using five senses throughout the process lines, ensure continuous material flow, process and maintenance correction to maintain continuous and safe operation

Clean respective assigned area

To provide basic maintenance knowledge and services; and conduct troubleshooting to correct and restore operating condition of all machineries

Perform preventive maintenance routine (PMR) and corrective maintenance

Provide the needed technical support and assistance to Pack House Operators and Supervisors during operation by attending to urgent request

Perform commissioning activities of newly repaired, replaced or installed electrical equipment prior to turn-over to production
