The PR Account Manager (Client Experience) will be responsible for full management and oversight of assigned accounts, requiring the synthesis of client information, coordination of plans, and execution of all PR and communications activities. This includes client servicing, PR planning, event supervision, media and trade relations, and PR writing. Additionally, the role involves the preparation of status reports, presentations, cost estimates, and billing follow-ups, while ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Leadership responsibilities also include mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Account Management & Client Servicing

  1. Manage client accounts and organize business information, coordinating daily with clients, trade partners, and suppliers to execute plans.
  2. Oversee PR activities, including planning, events, media relations, and writing, while ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
  3. Prepare and monitor reports on status, contact, publicity, and account servicing to maintain alignment with client agreements.

Strategic Communication & Presentation

  1. Develop and present clear, engaging, and well-structured presentations that effectively communicate key messages and align with client objectives.
  2. Address client inquiries, resolve any concerns, and skillfully navigate objections to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Financial Management

  1. Prepare and finalize cost estimates for approval, ensuring alignment with billing and collection requirements. Follow up on collections to ensure clients comply with payment terms outlined in the Communications Service Agreements.

PR Planning & Coordination

  1. Engage in PR planning and conceptualization, contributing to the development of strategic communication initiatives.
  2. Oversee and coordinate digital and special events, as well as media and trade relations, while delivering necessary PR and communication services to meet account requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in public relations, public affairs, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or related.
