We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the following activities:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the following activities:
- Receive all incoming calls. 80 to 150 priority calls a day.
- Listen to voicemails, process them appropriately, and return all phone calls following company policy.
- Communicate with Managers regarding any request that needs special attention and take detailed messages to forward to Community Care.
- Perform any other task which may be necessary for the smooth operation of the management aspect of the Community Care Department
GRAVEYARD SHIFT
- Daylight saving: 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 am
- Regular: 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service.
- Having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Not afraid of using technology or IA tools.
- Having a second monitor and noise-canceling headset is highly desirable.
- Problem solving skills.
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: 2 GB or more
- Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
- Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
