Our founders have a strong background in CX Consultancies and network agencies and are committed to creating a community where design thrives. We need talented Senior UI Designers who live and breathe design and inspire those around them to create beautiful product interfaces.
What You’ll Do
You have a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, colour and space, but you also know the best ways to display, select, and control things in an interactive environment.
You need to have a firm understanding of modular design and design system to ensure that your designs are scalable and can lead efficiencies in both design and build.
You will:
- Design beautiful, usable, and user-friendly interfaces
- Provide hands-on expertise in the development of UI libraries, design systems and deliverables including mood boards, design directions, design concepts, UI libraries, prototypes and templates
- Perform UI Audits that look at how design can be optimised for UI as well as functionality assessments
- Creation of detailed IAs for various product types
- Understand customer and organisational needs and bring these into your designs
- Create hi-fi prototypes for website/app/product programmes of work
- Create design documentation and specs to ensure efficient implementation of UI and interaction
- Work in an agile cross-functional design team
Requirements
- Design Thinking skills & User-Centric Design experience
- 3 years of experience in designing for web applications, brand sites or mobile apps
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good presentation skills
- Relentless focus on detail
- Expert level knowledge of design software and associated tools (e.g. Figma & Powerpoint)
- Exceptional design skills, including typography, sketching, composition, layout, colour, iconography, illustration, and the presentation of information
- A self-starter keen to get involved in a vibrant and growing design agency
- A portfolio that showcases your digital projects and products to date – must focus on work you have done personally and the impact that you had
