Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Assist with uploading bills, scheduling payments, and answering vendor inquiries.
Help generate and reconcile owner statements and payouts.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain QuickBooks records and assist with general bookkeeping tasks.
Monitor and upload receipts, ensuring proper categorization.
Billing & Reporting:
Generate invoices in Bill.com and assist with invoice management.
Pull and organize basic financial reports for different markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic accounting education or certification.
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Bill.com ).
Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication abilities for interacting with vendors and owners.
