  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

    • Ensure designs meet the latest accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2)
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
    • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Design Research:
    • Conduct research to inform design decisions, including user needs, market trends, and competitor analysis
    • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in UX design
    • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your design expertise
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience with responsive design and A/B testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and a willingness to learn more
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting user research to inform design strategies
  • Familiarity with motion design and creating engaging micro-interactions
  • Certification or coursework in UX/UI design
