Short Description
Job Responsibilities:
The Associate – Trade Marketing supports marketing initiatives by helping to produce marketing materials, facilitating administrative work, engaging with distributors and suppliers and other tasks need to complete ATL and BTL projects.
1. Manages inventory of merchandising materials, premium items, demo units, and other materials, such as POPs, booths, banners, and conducts timely inventory reports to support the sales team in in-store merchandising execution.
2. Facilitate in the organization and implementation of events, projects, and campaigns including obtaining, securing and preparing necessary resources for the assigned tasks to ensure appropriateness and readiness.
3. Provide inputs towards the planning of trade marketing strategies. Coordinate and implement initiatives along with cross-function departments; suppliers and distributors offline.
4. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities including but not limited to the facilitation of payment requests, vendor selection, pre-approval forms, ROI tracker and others run smoothly.
5. Support the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager in other projects that may be needed from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Education in Marketing or Mass communications
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, mastery in English
• Organized, pleasing personality
• Can multitask and adhere to deadlines
• Pay attention to detail
• Comfortable with handling administrative tasks
• Event management skills
