Senior Recruiter
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and attracting top talent to guiding candidates through a seamless hiring process.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, clear communication, and personalized interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and talent community engagement.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including managing social media channels, attending job fairs, and participating in industry events.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruiting activities are in compliance with company policies, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators as needed.
The role is located in Balamban Cebu, the shipbuilding capital of the Philippines.
