Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Accountant at Partipost in Makati, with flexibility for remote work. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial record keeping, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping skills
• Knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification or progress towards certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full-spectrum of accounting (ie. prepare quotation, invoices, AR collection, payments)
• Prepares and Present Monthly Financial Reports in accordance to FRS standards
• Prepare general ledger journal entries in our accounting software (Quickbooks)
• Review bank reconciliation
• Assist with annual financial audit and tax filing
• Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies
• Supervise the team to ensure that all the required report deadlines are met
• Work closely with Singapore Office
