We are an Australia-based e-commerce store on a mission to save funky fruits and veggies that don’t meet the perfect standards of major supermarkets. If you love meaningful work, enjoy connecting with people, and have a passion for helping customers, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

- Respond to customer email s and messages across social media platforms
- Provide exceptional support with a friendly, professional approach
- Collaborate with our team to ensure customers have the best experience possible


What We’re Looking For:

- Available to start ASAP
- Can work weekends if needed
- No other work commitments
- Owns a laptop/PC with a strong, reliable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Social media savvy
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Customer service experience (email s and social media) preferred
- Shopify experience is a bonus but not required!

What We Offer:

- Pay: $800 - $1,000 AUD per month (paid weekly)
