Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
  • You’ll be required to use your own laptop.
  • PHP 30.000 to PHP 55,000 per month.
  • 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
  • Required to work during Philippines Holidays.

About the Role

The Sales & Business Development Support role reports directly to the Sales Manager, who is based in the UK. The position primarily involves collaboration with UK-based colleagues. You’ll be involved in producing client proposals, managing CRM updates, and helping streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and send client quotations and proposals based on the provided information.
  • Manage CRM updates, including logging appointments and setting follow-up tasks.
  • Track and follow up on client quotes to ensure timely responses.
  • Compile and research potential client lists using business databases.
  • Enter new client contacts into the CRM system and assign tasks for outreach.
  • Send introductory emails and schedule appointments with prospective clients.

Experience & Software

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development support role.
  • Familiarity with managing client interactions and preparing professional proposals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets.
  • Advanced skills in using CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive is highly desirable.
