We're seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements Definition and Functional Specifications

  • Works with clients and Account Managers to understand the objective of the request and the project scope.
  • Understand the detailed requirements of the Business, obtain the baseline documents, and communicate to the Project Team
  • Discuss the requirements with Business Units via meeting and document minutes (MOM) via email
  • Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other enhancement options that will best address the business need and objectives.
  • Design Business Process Models using Camunda workflow tool
  • Presents for business client approval the proposed solution(s).
  • Documents the system requirements of the project and the final functional specifications for client signoff and approval.
  • Prepares documentation of changes to the requested enhancements.

User Acceptance Testing

  • Plans and schedules UAT with users.
  • Perform Pre-UAT activities prior to actual UAT
  • Coordinate UAT sign-off and ensure completeness of approvers
  • Interact with the business users to ensure the complete coverage of testing for a given module
  • Perform unit testing of created workflow process prior to UAT proper
  • Assist business users in definition of UAT credentials/access to BPM workflow tool
  • Gathers test scenarios and UAT Resources from the business units
  • Monitors performance of the UAT and provides assistance where necessary.
  • Prepares UAT status report.
  • Performs initial evaluation of all issues and errors raised by users and escalates all valid issues / errors with developers and project manager.
  • Coordinates with project manager for any issues that will delay the UAT schedule.

Pre-Implementation Support

  • Prepares pre-implementation status report.
  • Tracks that all pre-implementation activities at the side of the users are completed prior to implementation.
  • Informs all concerned that the project has been implemented.
  • Supports users in the use of the enhancement and new systems upon implementation.

Implementation Support

  • Closing of all Pre-Implementation Items via email
  • Emailing BU (using UAT status update mailing list) that Project has been implemented
