Business Systems Administrator (Contract to Hire)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced business systems administrator to be an early tea m me mber of our growing consulting business. This is a PT at the mome nt with a potential to be FT. While this role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot systems, there will be a need to assist in administration of select integrated business systems.
Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration:
- Manage and maintain HubSpot platforms, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Configure and customize CRM systems to meet business requirements, including managing profiles, roles, and security settings.
Workflow Automation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain workflow automation within Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Create and manage workflows, Flows/process builder, and automation rules to streamline business processes.
Integration Management:
- Set up and manage both soft and hard integrations using system automation tools like Zapier, Jitterbit, Workato, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration between various business systems and third-party applications.
Sprint Task Planning:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with tea m me mbers and stakeholders.
- Utilize task management systems to organize, prioritize, and track progress of sprint activities.
- Conduct weekly sprint review meetings to assess progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Design and maintain system reporting and dashboards, including cross-object reporting and profile-specific dashboards.
- Create intuitive visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Data Cleansing and Maintenance:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales data cleansing tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B, Clearbit, LeadIQ, etc.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administration of HubSpot (not just an admin on a large team)
- Experience in learning and taking over administration of integrated tools such as marketing automation, data cleansing, sales engagement platforms, etc.
- Understanding with CRM system security, including profile and role management.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining workflow automation within CRM systems.
- Experience with system integrations using tools like Zapier, Jitterbit, Workato, etc.
- Skilled in creating and managing system reporting and dashboards, including cross-object reporting and intuitive visualizations.
- Basic knowledge of sales data cleansing and maintenance tools.
- Knowledge of managing marketing attribution (Top/Bottom of Funnel) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce and/or HubSpot are a plus.
