Position Overview:
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will develop and implement a complete lead generation process from scratch. You will use cold email , LinkedIn outreach, and inbound strategies to drive growth. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset, execution skills, and the ability to generate qualified leads while improving lead quality and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Process Development
- Design and implement a repeatable lead generation strategy using cold email , LinkedIn outreach, and inbound marketing.
- Collaborate with leadership to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas for targeted campaigns.
Outbound Outreach
- Create and manage cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach messaging, and client communication templates.
- A/B test messaging, subject lines, and workflows to optimize open rates and conversions.
Inbound Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to attract leads through landing pages, content creation, and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with content teams to deliver compelling inbound materials.
Client-Facing Materials
- Write and refine email sequences, landing page copy, and LinkedIn outreach scripts to engage target audiences effectively.
Reporting & Analytics
- Set up and manage lead tracking and reporting systems to monitor key KPIs.
- Provide weekly updates on progress, including lead quality, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
Platform Integration
- Learn and utilize CourseCreator360.com as part of the lead generation strategy.
- Recommend and implement additional tools for outreach automation and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated per month
- Number of scheduled client calls
- Open rates, response rates, and conversion rates for outbound campaigns
Required Skills & Experience:
Lead Generation Expertise
Proven experience creating lead generation processes from scratch.
Strong background in cold email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound marketing strategies.
Tools & Automation
Experience with lead generation tools: Apollo.io , Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar.
Familiarity with setting up tracking and reporting systems (e.g., Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM dashboards).
Strategic Communication
Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging client-facing messaging.
Ability to optimize outreach strategies through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
Marketing Automation
Experience implementing lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation tools.
Adaptability & Learning

Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years experience in B2B lead generation.
Experience targeting small businesses and enterprise clients.
