Job Overview: As a Virtual Assistant for our team, you will play a critical role in researching potential leads and initiating contact through cold calling. You will be responsible for identifying and verifying potential claimants, gathering essential information, and setting up further communication between interested parties and our recovery specialists. Key Responsibilities: Research Leads: Identify potential leads through online databases, public records, and other resources. Verify the accuracy and relevance of the information. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads, explain the services offered by our company, and gauge their interest in recovering surplus funds. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions in our CRM system. Ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Client Communication: Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential leads via email or phone. Schedule appointments for interested parties with our recovery specialists. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation and cold calling activities to the management team. Continuous Learning: Grow in understanding requirements and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the surplus fund recovery industry is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone. Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct online research and analyze data to identify potential leads. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and other relevant tools. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in research and communication.
