We specialize in life insurance and financial services and are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our recruitment team. Role Overview: The Virtual Assistant will support our inbound recruiting efforts by finding and managing job postings on various platforms, sourcing potential candidates, and facilitating the initial stages of the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to communicate effectively with candidates and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Key Responsibilities: Job Posting Management: Research and identify job boards, social media platforms, and other websites to post job openings. Create and manage job postings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the roles we are hiring for. Monitor and optimize job postings to improve visibility and candidate engagement. Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates using various online tools and databases. Reach out to candidates through email , LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce our company and open positions. Maintain a database of prospective candidates and track their application status. Communication & Coordination: Communicate with candidates to provide information about the application process and answer initial inquiries. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and interview schedules. Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of job postings and candidate pipelines. Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of online job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Previous experience in remote work environments.
