We're looking to bring on an Execute Assistant / Podcast & Social Media Manager!

We are a U.S Based Company that works with podcasts & businesses (mostly in the health & fitness coaching space).

We're looking for someone who:

- Speaks English fluently, understands the language very well, and can communicate very effectively.

- Can put their focus into client delivery & quality assurance.

- Extremely organized, detail oriented, and can manage a schedule effectively.

- Can work with a team, keep projects on track involving multiple people, and make deadlines.??

- Has some experience with social media & basic graphic design.

- Has has some experience managing editors.

Job roles & responsibilities:

- Keep the team on track with podcasts & short-form editing

- Help me manage my schedule and assist me with offloading & organizing tasks.

- Post podcasts & videos to Youtube, Podcast Platforms, and Social Platforms.

- Quality assurance check for video edits (Must over see other editors, communicate well, and be able to correct spelling/grammar mistakes)

- Create thumbnails, write Youtube/Podcast descriptions and timestamp podcast episodes.

- Attend team calls and provide feedback (1-2x per week).

Pay:
- Part-time ($ 300-400 USD/month for roughly 20 hours/week) with potential to move into Full-Time quickly.

Requirements:

- Must understand & speak FLUENT ENGLISH. This is crucial, as well as understanding the U.S. Culture.
- Experience working with U.S. Based businesses, especially in the health & wellness industry is a plus.
- Must have some experience with Social Media Management, Podcast Management, and/or managing editors/tea m me mbers.
- Must be passionate about creating high quality content & helping our clients grow.
- Must have a computer that is fast enough to work without crashing, as well as reliable WIFI.
- Must be OPEN MINDED and READY TO LEARN.
- Must work great in a team setting and take directions well.
