Job Summary:

The Sales and Product Training Specialist will lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of Li Auto’s sales teams and dealership partners. This role focuses on empowering teams with a deep understanding of Li Auto’s electric vehicle (EV) products and effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Aligned with Li Auto’s mission to “To revolutionize the electric vehicle industry by providing innovative and sustainable mobility solutions” this role ensures that sales teams are equipped to promote sustainable transportation solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development
- Design, implement, and update training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Develop tailored training content for different sales roles and dealership partners.

2. Product Knowledge Enhancement
- Ensure all sales teams are experts in Li Auto’s product lineup, features, benefits, and sustainability mission.
- Conduct regular product updates and technical training sessions, especially during new product launches.

3. Sales Skills Development
- Train sales teams on effective sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Organize workshops and role-playing sessions to improve communication and persuasion skills.

4. Performance Evaluation
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee feedback.
- Continuously refine training programs based on evaluation results and market needs.

5. Collaboration with Teams
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and dealership teams to align training content with Li Auto’s brand strategy.
- Partner with HR to identify training needs and plan career development paths for sales teams.

6. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead a team of Sales Executives and coordinate training schedules across Li Auto’s network.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales staff and dealership partners.

7. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Li Auto’s sales teams remain competitive.
- Incorporate market insights into training materials to address evolving customer needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, product training, or a related role, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, product training techniques, and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in training tools and software.

- Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) sector or automotive sales training.
- Familiarity with the Philippine automotive market and customer behavior.

- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
