We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to be a key player in driving our company’s growth and success. Your primary role will involve identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, and nurturing relationships to expand our client base. In addition, you will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, and creating content for various channels to promote our brand and services.
You will oversee diverse outreach campaigns, engage with media partners, and maximize client engagement through newsletters, social media, and online presence. A critical part of this role is ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels and optimizing our strategies for effective communication with our target audience.
What You'll Do:
Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Outreach Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage email and communication campaigns to engage prospects.
Client Nurturing: Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel.
Social Media Management: Create and manage content for our social media platforms to increase engagement and build brand awareness.
Media Outreach: Reach out to magazines, blogs, and podcasts to secure interviews for company representatives.
Newsletter and Content Creation: Develop content for newsletters and website updates to keep our clients informed and engaged.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance of all campaigns (email , social media, outreach) using analytics and A/B testing to improve strategies and increase conversions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate communication records and manage prospects through our CRM tools.
Strategic Input: Actively participate in tea m me etings, offering insights and ideas to enhance both sales and marketing strategies.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our outreach methods remain innovative and effective.
Compliance: Ensure all email marketing and outreach activities are compliant with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in digital marketing and communications, with a focus on email marketing and social media management, ideally in financial or professional services. (NEW)
Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Experience in social media content creation, media outreach, and partnership building. (NEW)
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, email analytics, and A/B testing.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of email marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM) and social media best practices. (NEW)
Compensation:
Your compensation comes in three forms:
Hourly rate: You'll begin with a three-month onboarding and training period at $6/hour. Once you successfully complete your training and onboarding, it will increase to $7/hour for the next 9 months. One year from your hire date, compensation will increase based on your performance and experience, with opportunities for annual promotions and raises.
Commissions: In addition, successfully onboarding a new client who stays with us for at least 3 months will earn you a commission that will be discussed during your onboarding.
Profit Sharing: Mentioned in the Perks & Benefits section, you will be entitled to our profit sharing program once you have successfully completed your onboarding and training. Details will be provided during your onboarding.
