The Staff Consultant contributes to the Delivery Practice of NetSuite ACS. You will be part of a team that assists customers with improving their adoption of NetSuite. Detailed Description And Job Requirements

Consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.As a member of an ACS team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle NetSuite methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle NetSuite products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Consulting:

• This is for a Permanent role and requires you to work at our office in Ayala North Exchange, Makati and on night shift/graveyard hours. Currently working from home until further notice
• You will continue to practice your expertise in Accounting and acquire new skills in performing it in an IT Industry
• Provide Accounting expertise and services to new and existing customers
• As a Functional Consultant, you will be developing and validating customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
• As a Functional Consultant, you will be gathering customer business requirements, and configuring/customizing their NetSuite application to meet their requirements
• Conduct personalization sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
• Document solutions and contribute to solutions repository
• Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertise
  
  
  

Job qualifications:

• Open to CPA and non-CPA
• Comfortable to work at home until further notice and on a permanent night shift.
• Our office is at Ayala North Exchange, Makati.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Science & Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
• Can communicate well in English both in oral and written forms.
• Skills or Knowledge in Accounting or ERP Software i.e. SAP , JD Edwards, XERO, Blackline, Quickbooks, MS Dynamics, MS Navisio – Accounting or ERP software packages, either as Administrator or User, is a plus
• Experience or exposure in implementation or enhancement or customization of the functions of the software, is an advantage
• Experience in migrating Accounting processes is a plus
• GAAP is essential
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, IT/Computer - Software, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
