DESIGN PROJECT SCOPING

  • Gathers client requirements and translates this to a comprehensive UI/UX proposal.
  • Creates initial wireframe/draft mockups and works with key stakeholders to complete the final design.
  • Creates UI/UX Prototypes and implement responsible and responsive design logic, ensures UI/UX flow is complete, usable by users, and workable with the technical team.

LEAD RESOURCE FOR UI/UX REQUIREMENTS

  • Completely understand and grasp client brand guidelines and translate them to UI/UX
  • Establish the design guidelines for projects that will be cascaded to developers and creatives.
  • Coordinates with the Product Owner during the creative/design approval process
  • Coordinates with the Creative for mockup creation
  • Coordinates with the Development Team (Product Owners, Developers) for design inquiries and clarifications.
  • Updates the Knowledge Base System for any updates on design guidelines and client assets.
  • Front-end QA and validation that the design guidelines are met.
  • Ensures delivery of designs are submitted on time to avoid delays to the projects.

DESIGN INSIGHTS

  • Works with the accounts team for pitches and new requirements
  • Seeks out data-driven trends and identifies key consumer insights to shape the team’s technical design strategy.
  • Constantly strives to deepen understanding of new design standards and technologies to stay attuned to what’s new and what’s possible, especially in web and mobile app design.

TEAM COLLABORATION

  • Empowers teammates (Product Owners, Developers, Creatives) especially on design trends and limitations through guidance or workshops
  • Helps create and improve deck templates for visual presentations.
  • Acts as a consultant for non-dev, UI/UX requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or other related fields.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a front-end developer or UI/UX designer.
  • Highly skilled with Adobe XD and Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
