The Marketing and Admin Associate will play a key role in supporting both the marketing and administrative functions of the company. This individual will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Social Media Management: Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers on various social media platforms, both for the Company and its clientele.

• Digital Advertising: Set up, run, monitor and continuously recalibrate Facebook, Google and other online ads for the company and its clients

• Content Creation for Marketing: Develop and edit marketing materials such as brochures, portfolio, pitch deck, blogs, website content, email campaigns, and other business and creative presentations.

• Content Creation for Training: Visualize course content materials as directed by the Course facilitator, resource person or subject matter expert.

• Lead Generation: Generate leads for the company and its clients using tools such as LinkedIn, Rocket Reach, Lemlist and other related platforms.

• Email Marketing: Create email automation sequences for the company’s and its clients lead nurturing efforts.

• Event and Training Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, training sessions, workshops; including logistics, promotions, and on-site coordination.

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

• Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Administrative

• Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

• Data Entry: Update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and customer records.

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

• Sales support: Prepare and send proposals and quotations to potential and existing customers.

• Documentation: Help organize all project-related documents

• Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for staff and clients.

• Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
