Your Role:
Represent our brand professionally across multiple channels.
Provide thoughtful, resolution-focused responses to customer inquiries.
Participate in tea m me etings to share insights and ideas for improvement.
What You Bring:
1+ year of Customer Service experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with E-Commerce operations and tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
A personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or equivalent) and 15 Mbps upload/download internet speed.
