Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and set up detailed project plans to guide each stage from start to completion
• Oversee all project phases, from requirements definition to post-implementation support

• Analyze potential risks and opportunities, identifying proactive solutions to mitigate challenges

Progress Tracking & Reporting:

• Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Provide regular project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key data and performance trends
  
  

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring project needs are met
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Documentation & Communication:

• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and supporting materials
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure project outcomes align with client expectations
  
  

Crypto Expertise:

• Apply knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency to project planning, execution, and risk management
• Stay up-to-date with crypto industry trends, technologies, and regulations
  
  

Required Experience:

• Crypto Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency technologies, and industry trends is a must
• Project Management: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an agency or client-focused environment
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
