Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mailchimp Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute email marketing campaigns for our agency and a primary client. The candidate will coordinate with our executive assistant for email reviews, send test email s for approval, and provide detailed monthly analytics to support client reporting. This role will initially be part-time but has the potential to scale into a full-time position within the next month.

Compensation:

$300/month

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation and Management:
Design, draft, and schedule Mailchimp campaigns to align with agency and client objectives.
Send test email s for review to the executive assistant and agency leadership prior to deployment.
Revise campaigns based on feedback to ensure high-quality, error-free content.

Monthly Analytics Reporting:
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Compile detailed reports at the end of each month with insights and key performance metrics.
Present data and recommendations for improving future campaigns to the agency leadership.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain accurate email lists and segmentation strategies.
Ensure all email campaigns adhere to compliance standards, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM guidelines.
Test email s on various devices and email clients to ensure a consistent user experience.

Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with the executive assistant and agency leadership to align on goals and feedback for campaigns.
Share updates on campaign progress and address any adjustments as needed.

Optimization and Growth:
Conduct A/B tests and implement findings to improve email performance.
Research and apply best practices in email marketing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Mailchimp or similar platforms (required).
Strong ability to analyze and report on email performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality campaigns.
Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Experience in creating and optimizing email workflows and automation.
Prior experience reporting campaign performance to clients or stakeholders.
