Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain slip-form rigs and hydraulic jacking systems.
  • Monitor concrete pours to ensure uniform and continuous slip-forming operations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or formwork alignment issues on-site.
  • Ensure all slip-form equipment is in optimal working condition before and during operations.
  • Work closely with civil engineers and supervisors to achieve structural accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in slip-forming operations is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in slipform rig setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and formwork assembly plans.

Additional requirements:

  • This role is open to candidates legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and proactive risk management in line with Philippine OSH standards.
