ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Fractional Sales Specialist / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our internal sales processes as well as advising and leading sales efforts for our clients. You will oversee the CRM (HubSpot), guide SDRs and AEs, and ensure sales targets are met across multiple client accounts. You will refine sales scripts, workflows, and processes to drive effective outcomes for both the agency and its clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both the agency and its clients to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline for internal and client accounts, ensuring efficient tracking of leads and opportunities in HubSpot.
- Refine sales processes, workflows, and scripts to optimize conversions for both the agency and clients.
- Lead and guide Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring effective prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.
- Provide sales support and expertise to clients, helping them refine their own sales processes and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across internal and client accounts, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align efforts and ensure the sales process is supported by effective marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to the leadership team and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Specialist, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience leading a sales team, including SDRs and AEs, and improving overall team performance.
- Strong understanding of sales process refinement, script development, and sales pipeline optimization for both internal use and client support.
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and conversions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advise clients on sales strategies.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales process automation and integration with marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Background in RevOps (Revenue Operations) to align marketing, sales, and customer success.
