Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of SAP and non-SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and applying knowledge of SAP systems and project management best practices.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from planning and blueprinting to execution and go-live, ensuring the seamless integration of SAP solutions into the organization.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and SAP workstreams, including SAP module-specific timelines.
- Lead the execution of projects, overseeing all phases, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, migration, and go-live.
- Monitor project performance and progress against KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure SAP projects adhere to SAP best practices, including methodology (ASAP, Activate) and system landscape management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and consultants.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including SAP service providers, ensuring proper integration, support, and delivery.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and changes to key stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and monitor cost tracking to ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Lead the process of contracting with vendors, service providers, and third-party consultants. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of contracts, amendments, and renewals. Monitor contract compliance and milestones.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for SAP project phases, such as system integration, data migration, and user training. Implement contingency plans to handle scope or schedule changes and unexpected challenges.
- Collaborate with organizational change management (OCM) teams to ensure a smooth transition for users impacted by SAP implementations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their priorities, challenges and strategic objectives, ensuring that project outcomes meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Solution/Enterprise architects to ensure that SAP solutions align with the overall IT architecture and business strategy.

Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or any related course
Work Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in one or more ERP functional or business process areas
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Project Manager
- Experience in managing large, complex, high-visibility enterprise-level projects using SAP.
