Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.
- Design and document Salesforce configurations, workflows, processes, and data models.
- Develop and implement complex solutions using native Salesforce functionality, integrations, and customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Manage and mentor technical team members, providing guidance and ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver successful projects.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) development to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (familiarity with additional Clouds a plus).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices and design principles.
- Experience in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- A minimum of one of the following Salesforce certifications (or equivalent):
- Salesforce Certified System Architect (SCA)
- Salesforce Certified Solution Architect - Professional (CSAP)
- Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator)
