Role Description
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management on a day-to-day basis of Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges.
Qualifications
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Menu planning and food costing expertise
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Creativity and innovation in culinary creations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be based in Itogon, Benguet
