Virtual Assistant (SDR) - $250 signing bonus
Job Description:
StretchMed, a leading health and wellness franchise with over 50 locations opening across 15 states, is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing information about our studio offerings. Your primary goal will be to engage leads, respond to inquiries, and convert them into satisfied customers. With StretchMed’s free introductory offer and access to warm leads (no cold calling), booking new clients and growing the business is easy.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide 5-star service to clients and franchise locations.
Outbound: Generate new client appointments by following up on leads.
Inbound: Manage inbound communications, including phone calls, texts, email s, and social media inquiries.
Scheduling & Account Support: Assist with client scheduling, rescheduling, and account management (billing, freezing, canceling).
Social Media & Online Reviews: Respond to social media messages and manage online reviews.
Data & Tracking: Track performance metrics to monitor the health and success of the studio.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Fast learner with no attendance issues.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation: $2.50 per hour plus commissions.
$250 signing bonus, awarded on the 30th and 60th day of employment.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time.
