Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales and Cold Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to regional and national construction companies to schedule appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Use cold-calling techniques to initiate conversations, introduce our cabinetry solutions, and build interest in partnering with our company.
  • Objection Handling:
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Efficiently schedule meetings with decision-makers and managers, ensuring their time is respected and used effectively.
  • Develop a solid follow-up system to keep potential clients engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Relationship Development:
  • Articulate the value of our company as a cabinetry partner, emphasizing our benefits for construction companies.
  • Build trust and credibility with potential partners through knowledge of the construction and kitchen & bath industries.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
  • Proven success in B2B sales and appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with the construction or kitchen & bath industries is strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong cold-calling abilities with a persuasive, results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional objection-handling skills to navigate challenging conversations.
  • Ability to clearly explain the value of our cabinetry solutions to large organizations.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with high-level decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
