About the Role - In this position, you will:
Handle customer inquiries via email with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Respond to questions related to products, orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
Resolve customer cases involving claims, exchanges, and returns in compliance with the company’s return policy.
Provide customers with updates on order statuses and delivery timelines.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about product delays, order discrepancies, or changes in inventory.
Collaborate with suppliers to address issues with products or deliveries, finding solutions and keeping customers informed about any changes to their orders.
Manage and follow up on claims and returns between the company and its suppliers.
Maintain records of returned items and ensure the process is smooth and efficient.
Track and update the status of ongoing deliveries and adjust customer information when necessary.
Document and compile customer feedback and recurring issues to identify opportunities for improvement.
We’re seeking candidates who possess:
A Bachelor’s/college degree or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail.
Proficiency in navigating Shopify and familiarity with platforms like Klarna, ChatGPT and other AI Models.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
The ability to effectively use translation tools such as Deepl, ChatGPT, and Google Translate to communicate in various languages.
A collaborative and flexible team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused and empathetic personality, capable of managing both positive and challenging interactions professionally.
