Job Description of SALES SPECIALIST
Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the store's products. You will engage with customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and help create a positive shopping experience. Your performance will be key to achieving individual and store sales targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Answer questions regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Helps to detail, design, and implement sales plans for each product or service being offered
Responsible for multimedia selling platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta FB Advertisement
Knowledgeable and shares insight for improvement of Sales and Marketing Strategies
Call/ Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
Analyses trends (what’s in demand), data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance weekly.
Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
Responsible in preparing sales invoice and coordinates them with the inventory and operations.
Adhere to other possible task given by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digitally Literate
• Ability to actively listen, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office i.e, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
