We are seeking a creative and experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content development, graphic design, project management, and basic knowledge of funnels, specifically Kajabi. This role is pivotal in helping our CEO manage and grow client brands by creating engaging content, coordinating projects, and leveraging social media strategies to generate leads and expand audiences. This position will also evolve to include direct client interactions, assisting them in achieving their brand growth goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Content Creation & Management: 1. Develop short-form video content for Meta Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that aligns with clients' brand voice, personality, and vision. 2. Create engaging static and carousel posts for various social media platforms. 3. Use clients’ source materials to post engaging stories and strategically utilize platform features. 4. Source free, commercial-use images and videos to create compelling posts. 5. Monitor social media trends, including trending audio for reels, and adjust content strategies accordingly. 6. Engage with followers across all platforms to foster community and generate leads. Analytics & Reporting: 1. Review analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions about content creation and strategy adjustments. 2. Compile and present monthly performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Project Management: 1. Coordinate and manage multiple client projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely delivery and quality of social media campaigns. 2. Use project management tools to track progress, deadlines, and team collaboration. Graphic Design & Content Development: 1. Design visually appealing graphics that resonate with clients' audiences. 2. Repurpose long-form content, such as blog posts, podcast episodes, and YouTube videos, into engaging social media posts. Funnel Knowledge (Kajabi, GoHighLevel): 1. Utilize basic knowledge of funnel creation and management, specifically with Kajabi and GoHighLevel, to support clients' sales and marketing efforts. Client Interaction & Support: 1. Evolve to assist clients directly, understanding their needs, providing strategic advice, and helping them achieve their brand growth goals. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and project management. 2. Strong alignment with the vision, mission, and values of our company. 3. Self-motivated, honest, and hard-working with a proactive attitude. 4. Ability to produce original, creative content that maintains a client’s brand voice. 5. Familiarity with social media scheduling apps and staying up-to-date with algorithm changes and platform features. 6. In-depth knowledge of Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest from both user and business perspectives. 7. Experience in repurposing long-form content into short-form social media posts. 8. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
