Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital,social media, email, print, etc.).
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Help manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Content Creation
- Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts & reels.
- Collaborate with the team to develop visual content like graphics, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with the brand voice.
Copywriting
- Develop compelling and engaging copy for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy
Market Research
- Research target audiences, product or service features, competitors, and industry trends
- Analyze consumer behavior and market data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on market research findings to the marketing team.
Administrative
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing marketing databases.
- Handle various other tasks as assigned by the marketing manager.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, such as the sales and talent team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, internships, or related roles is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to travel to Loyola Heights, Quezon City
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media.
- Must know how to edit videos
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
