Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaign

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital,social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Help manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Content Creation

  • Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts & reels.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop visual content like graphics, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with the brand voice.

Copywriting

  • Develop compelling and engaging copy for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy

Market Research

  • Research target audiences, product or service features, competitors, and industry trends
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on market research findings to the marketing team.

Administrative

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing marketing databases.
  • Handle various other tasks as assigned by the marketing manager.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments, such as the sales and talent team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing, internships, or related roles is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to travel to Loyola Heights, Quezon City
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media.
  • Must know how to edit videos
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
